As Dumbledore walked into the hall, all Rose Weasley could do was watch the terror and shock on his face as he reached the owl podium before opening his mouth and with a gulp or two, made a small speech. "As of next month, students and professors. It is official that the Ministry shall be taking over Hogwarts and controlling it. I will still be the Headmaster, though they will be the most in power. Thank-you."

Rose mouth dropped suddenly and suddenly a tear rushed down her cheek. "The Ministry don't have this say. Hogwarts is alone and not related to it in any way? How could they do this?"
