Yes, he was just an extra who walked through the background i think. I think he was supposed to be in the scene where Ron was being held in the air after succsesfully goalkeeping for Gryffindor Quidditch Team.

Nah the kid who died was sitting at the table at the Slugclub in HBP he was playing Marcus Belby the boy who Slughorn makes a comment about saying that he is eating everything lol.

The parents of a young actor fatally stabbed just after finishing work on the new Harry Potter film have paid tribute to their son.

Sally and Colin Knox, of Sidcup, Kent, said their son Rob, 18, was "the life and soul of the party".

In a statement they said: "Rob was kind and thoughtful and would always help out others - he would always spend his last penny on other people instead of himself.

"The life and soul of the party, he was very outgoing, loved sports, and would always strike up a conversation with people.

"He was respectful to others and adored by all his family and friends. He was an asset to the family."

Rob, who plays Ravenclaw student Marcus Belby in the forthcoming Harry Potter film Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, was killed in a fight outside the Metro Bar in Sidcup.

He died a few miles from where Jimmy Mizen, 16, was killed in Lee, south east London two weeks ago.

A man reportedly came to the bar armed with two knives and was seen waving one of them around through the window.

A scuffle broke out outside just after midnight, and four teenagers as well as Rob were injured.

Two of their friends managed to pin the armed man down, wrestling with him for several minutes before police arrived.

Scores of Rob's friends have been gathering outside the Metro Bar in shock at his death and flowers have been piled where the teenager died.

The former Beths Grammar School student was described as someone who "had everything to live for".

Rob's cousin Vicky May said: "You never think it will happen to you. Rob wasn't a thug, it wasn't gang-related. Everyone loved him. He was more like a brother, he would always look out for me. He was friends with so many people."

He had previously spoken to the press about being bullied, when he was an overweight teenager.

He told the Sun newspaper in 2004 he had been the victim of a bullying campaign for three years.

He said: "I am totally different now. I used to be so unconfident because of my weight and the bullying. But nothing gets to me now."

It has also emerged that Rob went to the same rugby club as Jimmy Mizen, who was murdered earlier this month.

Sidcup Rugby Club president Phil West said: "We're still mourning for Jimmy and now we've got a second victim. It's absolutely devastating."

Four other people involved in the fight were taken to hospital, including a 21-year-old man who suffered facial injuries. He is being held by police on suspicion of murder.
